AEROFRY depends on effectively circulating hot air known as Rapid Air Convection Heating to cook food.

The specially designed 36.5 degree slope cut air ducts allow the circulating air to form a heat vortex that evenly heats the food from all sides, removes vapour and ensures the food is cooked nice and crisp.

The Auto shut-off feature is a necessary safety feature. Once the food basket is pulled out of the unit, the heating and air circulation mechanism shuts off preventing any harm to the user. The Air Fryer cannot be turned on until the food basket is securely locked in place.
